What you need:

  • ½ ripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin purée

  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

How to make it:
Mash everything together and cook like mini pancakes in a nonstick pan. Let cool, then slice into strips for easy gripping.

2. BOO-nana Ghosts

What you need:

  • 1 banana

  • A few blueberries or chia seeds

  • Optional: finely shredded coconut

How to make it:
Cut banana in half or thirds. Add “eyes” with smushed blueberries or chia seeds. Roll in coconut if you want a fun ghostly texture.

3. Avocado “Witch Toast”

What you need:

  • Slice of soft, whole grain bread

  • ¼ ripe avocado

  • Optional: black sesame seeds or finely chopped spinach

How to make it:
Toast the bread and slice into finger-length strips. Smash avocado and spread it on top. Sprinkle with toppings if you want to get creative.

4. Sweet Potato “Pumpkin Fries”

What you need:

  • 1 small sweet potato

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or garlic powder

How to make it:
Slice into thick wedges. Microwave for 3–5 minutes to soften, then roast at 375°F for 10 minutes until lightly browned.

5. Pumpkin Patch Oat Balls
